Payment Account Manager
JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.
We are looking for a Payment Account Manager to join our finance department, who will strengthen the team with the expertise.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of billing KPIs (payment approval rate, conversion rate, canceled transactions, timeouts, etc.);
• Providing efficient payment routing and flow management for maximum efficiency and processing speed.
• Search for anomalous handling of payment processes (incorrect transaction status, double write-off, integration errors, etc.);
• Handling Account Management of all existing merchants;
• Setting up new merchant accounts upon business requests and negotiate the best conditions (fee, service level, reporting) with relevant merchants;
• Collaboration with the legal department, product team, and finance team to enhance the policies and processes (analysis/change/proposals on T&C, PCI DSS compliance, etc.)
What you’ll need:
• Higher education in Economic, Finance, Banking, or Accounting
• At least 1.5+ years of experience in payment processing/billing
• Understanding of Visa & MC, PCI DSS, SCA, PSD2, 3DS regulations and experience in setting up payment processing
• Understanding of processing using different payment methods such as cards and alternative payment methods
• Experience in working with anti-fraud service (setting risk rules, analysis of their performance)
• Level of English - Upper-Intermediate (or higher)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
