User Acquisition Team Lead
JatApp is an IT company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. The company has also advanced in providing outsourcing services to multiple clients.
We are looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead for our marketing department. This role is designed to lead and develop the team, effectively allocate its resources to achieve its goals, and find new ways to grow and improve results.
Your responsibilities will be:
Development and implementation of a user acquisition strategy to achieve the goals of increasing profitability on projects
Monitoring and optimization of advertising activity to achieve ROAS KPI
Management of the UA team to achieve set KPIs by each team member
Close interaction with cross-functional teams (Creative, ASO, Product) to ensure the achievement of user acquisition goals
A continuous search for growth points to improve traffic efficiency, active launch, and testing of new engagement channels
What you’ll need:
User acquisition experience for iOS mobile apps
Experience working with advertising networks: Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Unity, IronSource
Experience with analytical systems such as AppsFlyer, Tableau, and Google Analytics (GA4)
Knowledge of attribution models and measurement methodologies
Strong Upper-intermediate English level
Team management or mentoring experience
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Analytical thinking
Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment
