Project Manager (Education)

We are looking for a Project Manager for a product in the Education niche, an app that lets you identify plants, and get valuable tips and a care plan from experts. The product is already available on iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Control of the development process and deadlines

• Task Management: prioritization,assessment and management of tasks in the current sprint

• Conducting and facilitating team meetings: daily, technical grooming, planning, retrospective

• Generating ideas to improve team interaction

• Control of keeping technical documentation

• People Management: 1-to-1, performance review, people development

What you’ll need

• Experience in managing IT projects in the position of Project Manager from 1 year

• Experience in managing projects using the Agile/Scrum methodology 

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro

• Communication skills - the ability to facilitate meetings

• Experience in conducting 1-to-1, performance reviews

Will be a plus 

• Understanding of product metrics, desire to develop in Product Management
