Product Manager

JatApp is an IT company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. The company has also advanced in providing outsourcing services to multiple clients. 

We are looking for a Product Manager for the company's largest product — a cross-platform VPN service. The product is 5 years old, and in the past year alone, revenue growth from it was 97% and continues to gain momentum.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Defining product goals and strategy
• Generation and implementation of new ideas for product improvement
• Working with product and marketing metrics
• Validation of marketing strategy and budgets
• Keeping a backlog, drawing up technical documentation
• Working with the integration of payment systems
• Control over the launch of new campaigns on advertising networks
• Optimization of existing campaigns
• Finding and testing new networks

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager in B2C products
• Understanding of product and marketing metrics (CTR, CTI, LTV, ARPU, ROMI)
• Unit economic understanding
• Ability to generate and prioritize hypotheses (using RICE/ICE methodologies)
• Experience in conducting A/B tests
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Systematic and analytical mindset
• Flexibility and responsibility

• Chinese language knowledge
• Experience in marketing, analytics
• Experience with mobile applications
• Experience with various payment methods
