Operations Manager

JatApp is an IT company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. The company has also advanced in providing outsourcing services to multiple clients. 

We are looking for an Operations Manager for the company's largest product — a cross-platform VPN service. The product is 5 years old, and in the past year alone, revenue growth from it was 97% and continues to gain momentum.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Building optimal processes and management systems in a cross-functional team
- Identifying and solving problems  in the process of performing tasks
- Increasing efficiency and self-organization of the team
- Control of the development process and compliance with deadlines
- Facilitation of team meetings, generating ideas to improve team interaction
- Project resource management and team workload responsibility
- Control and management of project-technical documentation
- People Management (hiring, firing, 1-to-1, performance review, people development)
- Backlog formation together with Product managers
- Broadcasting business goals and product mindset to the team

What you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects as an Operations Manager/ Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master 
- Experience in managing teams with a large (20+) number of participants
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google workspace
- Experience in creating project-technical documentation
- Experience and skills in implementing changes
- Knowledge of team performance analytics tools
- Knowledge of different approaches of task assessment management
- Understanding the principles of Management 3.0.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and conduct workshops
- Risk management skills
- Business orientation and product mindset

Will be a plus:
- Scrum/Kanban/PMI certification
- Experience with SAFe, Less
- Experience with the OKR goal-setting system
