Middle Project Manager (VPN)

• Control of the development process and deadlines
  
• Managing the development team and ensuring effective work
  
• Identifying and solving problems that arise in the process of performing tasks
  
• Conducting daily stand-ups, demo and retro sprints, generating ideas to improve the team's interaction with each other
  
• Project resource management and team workload responsibility
  
• Control and management of project-technical documentation
  
• People Management (1-to-1, performance review, people development)
  
• Backlog formation together with Product managers

• Experience in managing IT projects in the position of Project Manager from 3 years
  
• Experience in managing projects using the Agile/Scrum methodology (implementation of Agile management methodologies from scratch)
  
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office
  
• Experience in creating project-technical documentation
• Knowledge of team performance analytics tools
  
• Understanding the principles of Management 3.0.
  
• Communication skills - the ability to facilitate meetings
  
• Risk management skills
  

• Scrum/Kanban/PMI certification
  
• Experience with Reliable Scrum
• Understanding the Principles of Theory of Constraints (TOC)
