Middle Affiliate Manager

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.

We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager for the company’s largest product - a cross-platform VPN service.  Our product helps at least 10 million users around the world to meet their needs in cyber protection. Our goal is to enter the top 5 best VPN services in the world.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Searching for new partners and building cooperation with them (in affiliate systems and beyond) 
• Creation and development of affiliate programs: development of communication processes, creation of a Unique Selling Proposition for partners
• Optimization and scaling of work with existing partners
• Discussion and approval of partnership terms and conditions
• Analysis, management and control of partners’ traffic
• Informing partners about new products
• Conducting promotions, drawings and collaborations with partners
• Analyzing the effectiveness of partners' work
• Accounting of partners in networks (CJ, Affise, Awin, Impact Radius)
• Setting up new affiliate programs and working with existing ones

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position (business development manager, affiliate manager)

• Understanding of affiliate marketing: sales funnel, payment models, traffic, CPC, conversion, revenue, ROMI

• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and metrics (Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, Cost per conversion, CPA, CAC, Net revenue, ROI, LTV, ARPU)

• English level - Strong Upper-Intermediate
