iOS Tech Lead

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. 

We are looking for an iOS Tech Lead  who will join the development of the company’s iOS community and improve product development processes in Cybersecurity, Utilities, Health & Fitness, Education, etc. niches.

• Ensuring high quality coding, implementation of the best architecture and minimizing risks

• Participation in the creation of technical design for complex features, decomposition if necessary

• Close collaboration with the Head of Product and other Tech Leads in the creation of the right tech solutions for product development

• Research of competitors to develop the most optimal technical solutions for business

• Management of the task estimation process, improvement of estimation accuracy, active search for ways to improve the workflow

• Performance management and professional development of iOS developers, mentoring and support

• Participation in the hiring process, conducting technical interviews for  iOS developers

• Development of the iOS community: supporting a culture of cooperation, exchange of knowledge and experience

• Creation of documentation for knowledge sharing and onboarding of new iOS developers

• 5+ years of experience in the development of mobile applications

• 2+ years of experience in leading the iOS team

• Good knowledge of Swift, iOS SDK, and reactive programming (Combine)

• Knowledge  about architecture and design patterns

• Worked on and shipped large-scale iOS applications

• Experience with writing tech documentation

• UI/Unit testing experience

• Experience with CI/CD

• Experience working in product teams

• Product mindset
