Head of Product (R&D Studio)
JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.
We are looking for a Head of Product who will oversee all aspects of the company’s R&D studio. We expect a leader and an expert who will identify, drive, and align with new products’ research and development.
Your responsibilities will be:
Assemble and bring in an R&D product team in Turkey
Be responsible for the overall strategy and business success
Bring in products to the financial targets and drive the strategic vision for the studio products portfolio
Coordinate the day-to-day operations to ensure that staff and resources are optimally managed
Manage and support the developer's team
Keep an eye on the key performance indicators, the market, and the competitors
Develop the country's operations and look for new opportunities to help strengthen the business
Report to the company's Founder and CEO about the business results of the R&D product team in Turkey
What you’ll need:
At least 3 years of experience within a related role (Head of Studio, Head of Product, Product Manager, Product Team Lead)
Experience in building and/or leading successful mobile B2C products is a must
Experience in working with Web, IOS, and Android developers' team
Experience with P&L reports
Turkish - Native
Advanced level of English
Have a real founder personality
Deep understanding of the Turkish IT sector
Experience in people hiring and management
Ability to handle conflicts and apply a coaching approach
Clear, result-oriented, and empathetic type of communication - it doesn't matter what hierarchy level your counterpart is on
Will be a plus:
