Head of Product (Books)
JatApp is an IT company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. The company has also advanced in providing outsourcing services to multiple clients.
We are looking for a Head of Product who will be responsible for the creation and launching of a new product — a marketplace in the Books niche. We are developing a platform that connects talented writers from all over the world with real book lovers. Our product market is estimated to reach $27 billion in the next few years, and our goal is to make this product one of the market leaders. Our Head of Product is a leader, a visionary and an expert who will create a product vision and bring it to life, build a team and, together with it, achieve top positions in this niche!
Your responsibilities will be:
- Developing and implementing of product development strategy
- Marketing research and analysis
- Planning and allocating resources of development team
- Maintaining product backlog
- Designing, conducting and evaluating product experiments that help achieve business goals
- Be responsible for the business performance of the product
- Team development, training and motivating
- Improvement of work processes
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience оn Product Lead/Product Manager positions
- Experience with B2C mobile products
- Decision-making skills based on data analytics (data-driven approach)
- Experience with Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics
- Ability to set priorities based on business objectives
- Experience in team management: formation, motivation and task setting
- Presentation and communication skills
- Understanding how to create products for a million audience
