Head of Employer Brand

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.

We are looking for a Head of Employer Brand to help develop, manage, and implement the employer branding strategy across all channels.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Management of the Employer Brand team (task setting, deadline control, people management: regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, salary reviews, team motivation, development of competencies)

  • Audit of employer brand activities, EVP, values, internal and external communications, company social networks, etc

  • Analysis of the market, competitors, and target audience

  • Work on a brand strategy, decomposing the strategy into projects and monitoring their implementation

  • Analysis and implementation of best practices and trends

  • Work with the budget for Brand activities

  • Analysis of current metrics of the company's brand and monitoring of planned indicators

  • Support, update, and implementation of the CSR activities

  • Cooperation with external partners, media, and stakeholders

  • Development of the company's social networks

What you’ll need:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Brand Management, including experience in building/growing the employer brand

  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT field

  • Excellent knowledge of market trends and approaches

  • Knowledge of marketing technologies (at least a basic understanding of SMM, and SEO)

  • Experience with metrics, analytical skills

  • English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent strategic thinking, risk management, and leadership skills

  • High level of flexibility and adaptability, ability to work independently and propose initiatives

Will be a plus:

  • Prior experience working as a team leader, team manager
