Head of Analytics

JatApp is an IT company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. The company has also advanced in providing outsourcing services to multiple clients. 

We are looking for Head of Analytics with whom we can build a strong analytics team and take our products to a qualitatively new level according to a data-driven approach. We expect a leader and an    
expert who will be responsible for creating an analytics process from scratch, managing and developing the team as well as forming an analytical strategy for the company's projects. 

Your responsibilities will be:

• Team creation, management and development
• Continuous search for growth points and generation of hypotheses
• Management of the process of making analytical and architectural decisions
• Formation of an analytical strategy taking into account business plans
• Selection of optimal tools for building analytics
• Management of the process of making analytical and architectural decisions
• Increasing the accuracy of marketing predictive models

• 3+ years of work experience as a Product Analyst
• Experience with B2C products
• High level of knowledge of SQL, Python/R, Tableau (or other data visualisers)
• Experience with Amplitude, Appsflyer
• Experience in conducting tests and working with large data sets
• Experience in building an analytics system from scratch
