We are looking for an HR People Partner who will ensure that the company's teams work harmoniously and achieve business goals with pleasure.

What will you do:
  • Conduct onboarding of new employees and accompany them during their adaptation
  • Resolve administrative and organizational issues ( sick leave, vacation, registration support for foreign workers)
  • Conduct 1-1 and performance review with employees Increase the level of satisfaction and engagement of employees, stimulate them to continuous professional development, and constantly respond to requests from employees or managers
  • Accompany employees in the off-boarding processAdminister our Hibob HRIS
  • Analyze the Employee Journey Map and improve it
  • Learn the business context of the products to become an HR business partner for the teams and support their development.
Required skills:
  • Work experience in the role of HR People Partner for 2 years with teams of 50 or more people
  • Experience working with employees at the following stages of the life cycle: onboarding, retention and development, termination
  • English is not lower than Intermediate
  • People orientation
  • Orientation on results and business logic
  • The ability to hear and non-violently convey your opinion
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage conflicts
  • Energy, professional enthusiasm.
